Public Offer

Agreement for paid educational services

Version 2.0 · Effective date: October 20, 2026

This document is the official public offer of B&S Academy (the “Provider”) to any person (the “Customer”) to conclude an agreement for paid educational services on the terms below, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Paying for a program, in full or in part, means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. From that moment the agreement is concluded and has the same force as a signed written agreement.

If the student is under 18, the offer is accepted by the parent or legal guardian who pays for the program. In that case the parent or guardian is the Customer, and the student is the person who receives the services (the “Student”). If the Customer studies personally, the Customer is also the Student.

1. Terms used

  • Program: a course or service described on the website (SAT courses, Guaranteed 1500 and other intensive programs, AP courses, IVY Bridge, Full Support, consultations).
  • Group: the students who study a program together on the same schedule.
  • Lesson: a class held online or in person in Samarkand.
  • Platforms: the online tools used for classes, homework and communication, including Google Classroom, Telegram and video-call services.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider delivers educational and consulting services under the program the Customer chooses, and the Customer pays for them. The content, length, format (online or offline), schedule and price of each program are described on the website and confirmed at enrollment.

3. Enrollment

  • The Customer sends an application on the website, by Telegram or by phone.
  • To choose the right program and group, the Provider may ask the Student to take a placement test, a mock exam or an interview, or to verify an official score.
  • The Provider confirms the program, group, schedule, start date and price.
  • The Customer pays. Payment is acceptance of this offer, and the seat in the group is reserved after payment.
  • The Provider may refuse enrollment if the Student does not meet the entry requirements of the program or there are no free seats. In that case any payment received is returned in full.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are set in Uzbek sum (UZS) and are published on the website or confirmed at enrollment. Prices in US dollars are approximate.
  • Monthly programs are paid in advance, before each month of study.
  • Intensive programs, including guaranteed programs, are paid in full before the program starts.
  • Admissions programs and consultations are paid on the terms confirmed at enrollment.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer, card or another method offered by the Provider. The Provider confirms each payment with a receipt or another payment document.
  • The Provider may change its prices, but a new price never applies to a period that has already been paid for.

5. Obligations of the Provider

  • deliver the lessons and services of the program on the agreed schedule, with qualified mentors and teachers;
  • give the Student access to the learning materials and platforms used in the program;
  • check homework and give feedback as described in the program;
  • inform the Customer in advance about schedule changes and reschedule any lesson the Provider cancels;
  • keep the personal data of the Customer and the Student confidential under the Privacy Policy.

6. Obligations of the Customer and the Student

  • pay on time and in full;
  • attend lessons on time and complete homework on time and independently;
  • give accurate information during enrollment, including test scores;
  • respect mentors, staff and other students, and follow the lesson rules;
  • not record lessons, share access links, or copy, publish or pass course materials to others;
  • tell the Provider in advance if the Student cannot attend a lesson.

7. Missed lessons

Lessons missed for reasons on the Student’s side are not rescheduled or refunded, unless agreed otherwise with the Provider. Materials and homework for missed lessons stay available on the platforms. Lessons cancelled by the Provider are rescheduled or, if that is not possible, refunded.

8. Refunds

  • The Customer may stop studying at any time by telling the Provider in writing, for example in Telegram or by email.
  • Monthly programs: the Customer pays only for services actually delivered. The unused part of the payment is returned, minus the cost of the lessons already held and the expenses the Provider has actually incurred.
  • Intensive programs (guaranteed and non-guaranteed): if the lessons do not suit the Customer, a full refund can be requested within the first 4 days after the program starts. After that, refunds are made only under the guarantee in section 9, or where the law requires it.
  • Refunds are made by the same payment method or to bank details given by the Customer, within 10 working days after the refund is approved, unless section 9 sets a shorter term.
  • If the Provider ends the agreement because of a serious breach by the Student (section 12), the payment is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

9. Guaranteed programs

This section applies to the guaranteed programs: Guaranteed 1500 (English and Math), Guaranteed English and Guaranteed Math. The non-guaranteed intensive has the same lessons and support, but no score guarantee.

9.1. Entry. The Student qualifies with an official SAT score: at least 1350 overall for Guaranteed 1500, at least 600 in Reading and Writing for Guaranteed English, or at least 700 in Math for Guaranteed Math. Current B&S students may qualify with the same result on the Provider’s mock exam instead.

9.2. Score check. An official score is verified by a Telegram video message in which the Student logs in to their College Board account on camera and shows the score. Screenshots are not accepted.

9.3. The guarantee. If the Student meets all conditions of this section and does not reach the target score on the agreed exam, the Provider returns the full amount paid for the program within 7 days after the official score of the agreed exam is released and shown to the Provider in the same way as in 9.2. The targets are:

  • Guaranteed 1500: 1500 overall. A superscore, combining the best Reading and Writing and the best Math across test dates including the agreed exam, also counts;
  • Guaranteed English: 700 in Reading and Writing;
  • Guaranteed Math: 770 in Math.

9.4. Agreed exam. At enrollment, the Provider and the Customer agree on the exam date, as a rule the closest SAT after the program. The Student registers for it with the College Board before the registration deadline, pays the exam fee and sits the exam. If the College Board or the test center cancels or moves that exam, the guarantee moves to the next exam date agreed with the Provider.

9.5. Conditions. To keep the guarantee, the Student attends the lessons, completes every homework fully and independently, works in Google Classroom, and sits the agreed exam.

9.6. Strikes. More than 2 missed lessons is a strike. More than 2 missed or incomplete homeworks is a strike. Homework that is done halfway, copied, or done with artificial intelligence counts as not done. One strike cancels the guarantee, and the payment is then not returned even if the target score is not reached. The Provider informs the Student about every missed lesson and every homework that counts toward a strike.

9.7. The guarantee does not apply if the Student does not sit the agreed exam, if the College Board cancels or withholds the Student’s scores, or if the Student gave false information about their score.

9.8. The guarantee covers only the amount paid to the Provider for the program. It does not cover the College Board exam fee, travel or other costs.

10. Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, tests and other content belong to the Provider. They are given for the Student’s personal study only and may not be copied, published, sold or passed to others. Breaking this rule is a serious breach of the agreement.

11. Liability

  • The Provider is responsible for the quality of its lessons and services. Apart from the guarantee in section 9, the Provider does not guarantee a specific exam score, admission to a university or a scholarship, as these depend on the Student’s work and on decisions of third parties.
  • The Provider is not responsible for the decisions and actions of the College Board, universities or test centers, or for problems with the Student’s own internet connection or devices.
  • Neither party is responsible for failing to meet its obligations because of force majeure: events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, decisions of state authorities, or large-scale internet or power outages.

12. Term and termination

  • The agreement is valid from acceptance until the services of the program are delivered and all payments are settled.
  • The Customer may end the agreement at any time under section 8.
  • The Provider may end the agreement if the Student seriously breaches it, for example by cheating, sharing course materials, or insulting or harassing mentors, staff or other students. The Provider informs the Customer in writing.

13. Personal data

The Provider processes the personal data of the Customer and the Student under its Privacy Policy. By accepting this offer, the Customer agrees to this processing, including for a minor Student in their care.

14. Disputes

The agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties first try to settle any dispute through negotiation, and a written claim is answered within 10 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved by the competent court in accordance with the law.
